Our School Week

Our school day starts at 8.50 am when our doors open and ends at 3.30 pm. Registration is at 9 am. Our teaching and learning time is 32.5 hours per week.

The playground gates are opened at 8.40 am for your convenience.

Morning work - children begin the day with morning tasks as soon as they arrive.

Core subjects - On most days, the morning consists of core subject teaching and learning with daily English and Maths lessons (literacy in EYFS), daily key skills lessons, phonics (R-Y2) and guided reading.

Lunchtime - Lunchtime is staggered slightly to reduce pressure on the school kitchen and to create space for the children on the playground.
